5/3/1 BBB planning question : Fitness
I’m recently about to start out week three of my ordinary 5/3/1 BBB program, however I simply discovered I can be PT checking out subsequent Saturday. This includes pushups, crunches, and a 1.five mile run.
Ideally this take a look at would have arrived after a deload week, however alas right here I’m. I’d hate to pass over week three altogether. So if I am going forward with a deload would it not make sense to make up week three after that or simply get started over at week 1?
