If you have a tendinopathy then you want to deal with that accordingly. See a physiotherapist, sports activities therapist, sports activities physician and so forth.
Is it imaginable to wreck your muscle tissue via doing it too a lot?
Maybe some type of blunt power trauma if you do it excessively. That’d take some ability.
