Foam rolling isn’t a repair for tendonitis.

I additionally do not see how that is associated with tendonitis.

If you have a tendinopathy then you want to deal with that accordingly. See a physiotherapist, sports activities therapist, sports activities physician and so forth.

Is it imaginable to wreck your muscle tissue via doing it too a lot?
