Ingredients

four massive ripe bananas mashed neatly with a fork
2 medium eggs at room temperature
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/four cup coconut oil melted
2 cups oats gluten-free if wanted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 Tbsp floor cinnamon
1/four tsp sea salt
four ouncesdark chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C and flippantly spray a 9x5 loaf pan with coconut oil.

In a big bowl, upload bananas and mash with a potato masher or a fork. Add within the eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla and peanut butter, and whisk till neatly blended.

In a high-speed blender upload the oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and mix till it reaches a flour-like consistency.

Add dry substances to the rainy substances and blend till simply blended.

Fold within the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the ready loaf pan and unfold it calmly. Sprinkle a handful of chips over and oats the highest.

Bake for 45-50 mins or till a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out blank.
