This morning I could have to move do a PT test (a part of a job that I’m making an attempt to get). I recently work graves and could not get the time off. I additionally haven’t ran in a few months (excuses are like ass holes). I am 140 lbs, five’five, 23 y/o. The test contains: 2 mile run in lower than 18 mins, pushups, sit down ups, and a vertical bounce. My greatest worry is the two mile run. How can I highest get ready my frame and thoughts for this? I’m ingesting numerous water as we talk, however I understand how drained I will likely be for that run in about 7 hours. Any advice please. Also, am I fucked? Thanks.
