Down 30lbs and expecting a child! : loseit
Hi everybody! I’m delighted that I’ve simply came upon that my husband and I are expecting our first! I’m down 30lbs… and undoubtedly may have dropped any other 50 extra, however nature had different plans! I’m really not too a long way alongside, however need to have a plan in position.
Anyone calorie counting whilst pregnant? I’ve been sticking to 1500 energy a day, however curious if I must up the energy in the interim. I’m these days in my first trimester, and no longer positive if I must be having greater than 1500? I’ve a docs appointment for 12 weeks, however that’s a few weeks away! Of route if I’m hungry, I will be able to devour extra… however I believe like this might be a psychological fight of me, extra frequently than no longer, simply “thinking” I’m hungry.
