Glute/ hamstring work to help deadlift/squats. : Fitness
I most often really feel deadlifts in my decrease again I feel its from loss of leg power. My deadlifts are 385 and squat is most likely my weakest raise. I used to be caught on 205ibs eternally. I incorported some romanian deadlifts closing week and feature been doing extra hamstring work and nowadays I used to be ready to squat 225. So im assuming my glutes and hammies are my susceptible level. Will glute/ham work help me growth or is it simply placebo? Do you assume hip thrusts will help my squats and deads aswell? Or possibly simply help the squats essentially and the deads will growth thru squats.
