Home chin-up bar that won’t damage door / wall : Fitness
I understand this can be a bit out of the norm, however I did not see the rest suggesting it would violate the principles.
I attempt to get to the gymnasium a couple of instances per week. But I am additionally convalescing from a herniated disc, and I would love to do a small rehab regimen each day.
Part of the regimen requires spinal decompression via striking from a chin-up bar.
So I would love to get a chin-up bar for my house, however I am searching for tips about a bar that won’t damage / skuff up my door jam, or the sheet rock above the door.
Any ideas or suggestions could be preferred.
