How tight should your belt be? : Fitness
I’ve a Pioneer Lever belt and for reference my Squat PR is 385lb, Deadlift PR 505lb and Bench PR 285lb. I exploit the belt just for the heavy lifts and I do really feel the make stronger then again I think as though I will be able to’t get a just right deep breath with it. I am recently following the Juggernaut program and when going for eight+ reps I free my breath earlier than shedding my power (if that is smart). When I used to be following the natural five/three/1 program, I did not run into this factor because the rep levels have been decrease. Any suggestions?or tips? on how tight the belt should be?
