I don’t skip leg day however….

My decrease frame appears disproprotionally smaller than my higher frame.

I did 6 months of SL5x5 to bulk final yr, 6 months of PPL/PHUL to chop this yr… and now I'm on 531BBB.

My higher frame has certainly gotten larger and garments have compatibility tighter throughout.

But my legs and calves simply dont glance proportional to my higher frame even supposing I educate them up to I do my higher.

Current numbers are

Bench: 190lbs
Press: 125lbs
Squat: 265lbs
Dead: 315lbs
