Im plateauing on my standing OHP. Would sitting = more weight moved = break plateau? : Fitness
I have long gone from from 60lbs for reps to a 125 1RM, however I have been caught on this weight for just about 3 weeks. Im dozing no less than 8hrs an afternoon and hitting virtually 2.8k energy constantly. Would transferring more weight by means of moving lead to in the end more weight all over standing?
