In order to gain muscle, will my TDEE just be infinitley increasing? : Fitness
So I began bulking in July. My weight used to be 150lbs since then I’ve now gotten to 180lbs. Since I lift extra muscle/weight now does that imply my TDEE larger? And will it stay expanding the extra I gain? It turns out like a caloric surplus would get to an obscenly prime quantity particularly for the ones 200+ lbs.
