I are living out of the country and shuttle a bit for paintings. I don’t believe that animals are butchered the similar way in all places the international, however I may just be fallacious. Many occasions when buying groceries, I will be able to see a cut of meat on the market. But there isn’t any label to identify from which part of the animal the cut got here. Oftentimes the meat is solely classified “Cow” or “Pig”

Sometimes there is a one who can assist, however there were occasions when employees were not able to help.

Is there a reliable way to visually identify cuts of meat correctly or a way to figure out how a cut of meat should be cooked without knowing from what part of the animal the meat got here?
