Linear progression on 5×5 when you’re “so close” to hitting a weight, but still failing : Fitness
So I have been attempting to up my OHP recreation. I am operating PHUL or even switched it up so I get started higher hypertrophy day with OHP for power (five x five) as a result of OHP is most definitely my favourite raise.
Last week: 115 for five, five, five, four, three; then I did 95 x nine
This week: 115 for five, five, five, four, four; then I did 95 x nine
I may just inform I used to be so shut to hitting five for the fourth set. I felt more potent this week needless to say, and felt a lot more pleased with the burden on the overall units. Do I deload, or do I stay grinding this weight as a result of I may just get it in 1-2 extra weeks (lately on a lean bulk, ~300 cal extra)?
