Looking for advice on how to change the metallica’s ppl for intermediates.
I’ve been doing the ppl for about three months whilst slicing now, and I don't suppose I will upload weight each and every exercise anymore. There is a remark on the program announcing that when being a novice, you’ll be able to five/three/1 the primary lifts, and I'm no longer positive how to do this. If any person can assist, that might be very much liked.
Also, I feel I’ve been lagging on my lifts as a result of both as a result of I'm slicing, or no longer a novice anymore. They are: B:110 OP:75 BR:120 S:165 DL:210 I'm these days at 155 kilos
