Question about Rest days : Fitness

I were given other routines for higher frame, core and legs.
Should i somewhat do all of the routines on 3 days per week, and do not anything at the relaxation days, or will have to i break up my routines, like: monday higher frame, tuesday core and legs, wednesday higher frame once more and many others..?

Every replies are a lot preferred 🙂
