Rapid Muscle Loss? : Fitness

Does someone enjoy fast muscle loss, and if this is the case, how can I steer clear of it?

I attempt to exercise on a regular basis, alternating chest/again as day 1, and fingers/core/legs as day 2. Sometimes lifestyles occurs and I might wish to pass over an afternoon or 2 of figuring out, but if I am getting again to my house fitness center I’ve misplaced any place from Five-20lbs of development (relying at the workout) and it may take as much as 2 weeks of figuring out directly to regain the ones loses. This isn’t commonplace proper? How do I fight this as it may be emotionally defeating…
