Weird sensation in upper calf when deadlifting. : Fitness
Ive been lifting for approximately Five-6 months now so I’m nonetheless beautiful new. I’m creeping up on 300 for my deadlift. Lately when I’m environment the burden backtrack after a rep, I am getting a pulling stabbing sensation in my upper calf. Almost like muscle fibers are tearing (despite the fact that I do know that no longer what it if truth be told is.) somebody know what’s inflicting this. I’m frightened of pushing any upper on my weights and injuring myself. If I take the burden off of my left leg(the only with the problem) and actually drop the burden when I’m completing the rep it doesn’t occur. Thoughts?
