What are your experiences with occlusion coaching? : Fitness
Ive been giving it at opt for the previous few weeks. Mostly for Bi’s and Tri’s, and the pump is beautiful unwell. Been doing Three-Four units of 20-30 reps. My fingers glance slightly bit larger as neatly however that would simply be wishful pondering lol..
What i’ve spotted alternatively is how exhausted i think afterwards! My fingers get so fatigued i will slightly bathe my head when i am getting house.
Have you attempted it? And if this is the case, how did you love it and the way did you place up your units/reps/how continuously you probably did it
